中老鐵路投運(yùn)“滿(mǎn)月” 客貨外貿(mào)運(yùn)輸紅利到來(lái)

　1月3日，連接中國(guó)昆明和老撾首都萬(wàn)象的中老鐵路全線(xiàn)開(kāi)通運(yùn)營(yíng)“滿(mǎn)月”。一個(gè)月來(lái)，中老鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)極大方便了當(dāng)?shù)厝藛T交通出行，貨運(yùn)則為促進(jìn)雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)提供便利。客貨兩旺，中老鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸紅利初顯。

　　記者從老中鐵路有限公司獲悉，截至2022年1月2日，中老鐵路老撾段共開(kāi)行動(dòng)車(chē)組列車(chē)64對(duì)，累計(jì)發(fā)送旅客4.58萬(wàn)人；共開(kāi)行貨物列車(chē)49.5對(duì)，累計(jì)發(fā)送貨物4.99萬(wàn)噸，呈現(xiàn)出客貨兩旺局面。

　　雖然有疫情防控措施要求，中老鐵路“瀾滄號(hào)”動(dòng)車(chē)組每逢周末和節(jié)假日便“一票難求”。方便、安全、快捷的中老鐵路，已經(jīng)成為老撾人民交通出行的重要選擇，每天都有不少老撾民眾在車(chē)站排隊(duì)購(gòu)票，體驗(yàn)中老鐵路給他們工作生活帶來(lái)的巨大變化。

　　記者還了解到，中老鐵路開(kāi)通以來(lái)，從萬(wàn)象始發(fā)前往中國(guó)的貨運(yùn)列車(chē)始終處于繁忙狀態(tài)。目前，中老鐵路老撾段貨運(yùn)列車(chē)訂單充沛。

　　亞鉀國(guó)際老撾鉀鹽公司生產(chǎn)的鉀肥搭乘中老鐵路首趟跨國(guó)貨運(yùn)列車(chē)從萬(wàn)象運(yùn)往中國(guó)。該公司總經(jīng)理佟永恒對(duì)記者說(shuō)：“通過(guò)中老鐵路運(yùn)抵昆明的鉀肥產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)陸續(xù)投放至周邊市場(chǎng)。中老鐵路為亞鉀國(guó)際老撾工廠(chǎng)將鉀肥直接運(yùn)到中國(guó)新增了一趟更安全、穩(wěn)定、便捷的‘直通車(chē)’。鉀肥產(chǎn)品出口增加老撾政府收入，也將對(duì)保障中國(guó)鉀肥供應(yīng)發(fā)揮重要作用，互利雙贏。”

　　該公司化驗(yàn)員紐娜·西帕博是住在公司周邊的村民。她對(duì)記者說(shuō)：“公司項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)后，周邊村莊有了很大變化和發(fā)展。老中鐵路開(kāi)通后老撾交通運(yùn)輸會(huì)越來(lái)越便利。愿老中鐵路為老撾人民造福，讓老中關(guān)系更密切。”

　　老中鐵路有限公司總經(jīng)理袁明豪向記者介紹，中老鐵路大大提高了老撾與中國(guó)間的大宗商品貿(mào)易效率，讓中老雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作更加便利、高效。“為確保中老鐵路貨物運(yùn)輸通關(guān)便利，公司一方面不斷優(yōu)化貨運(yùn)組織，簡(jiǎn)化貨運(yùn)辦理流程，提高裝卸效率，另一方面進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與海關(guān)等政府職能部門(mén)對(duì)接聯(lián)系，簡(jiǎn)化通關(guān)手續(xù)、降低通關(guān)費(fèi)用，加快貨物通關(guān)速度。”

Potash produced by Potash International Laos was transported from Vientiane to China on the first cross-border freight train of the China-Laos Railway. Tong Yongheng, general manager of the company, told reporters, "Potash products delivered to Kunming via the China-Laos railway have been launched in neighboring markets. The China-Laos Railway has added a safer, more stable and more convenient 'through train' for potash fertilizer to be transported directly to China from asik's Plant in Laos. Exports of potash products will increase the revenue of the Lao government, which will also play an important role in ensuring the supply of potash to China.

Nuna Sibabo, the company's analyst, is one of the villagers who lives near the company. "The surrounding villages have changed and developed a lot since the company started its project," she told reporters.
